Fall @Our Cottage

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. We did and it was spent hanging out with a friend and then down time with one another until the baseball game came on lol .I'm sharing this @Home Maker On A Dime ,I'm Topsy Turvy ,Uncommon Slice Of SurburbiaAn Oregon Cottage and A Bowl Full Of Lemons hope you like it !
So while Shan watched I decided to make a quick visit to the local Dollar General store to buy candy and a festive bowl for her office and that's when I ran into these:
I remembered that earlier I saw this wreath project over @Many Moments Of Me w/ Tatum  it was so creative that I wanted to try to make my own. Hers was a no cost wreath with really great fall leaves that she picked herself. I wish I could have done the same but the one oak tree in my yard is still green. So my Dollar store find worked just as well.
I also used a piece of cardboard saved from my recent cookware purchase I knew it would come in handy.

I cut it into a circle using two different sized pot tops as my guide and this formed the base for my wreath. Then I hot glued my silk leaves around the circle starting with bigger leaves on the outside and working my way in with some smaller ones. When I was done I hot glued two magnets on the back that I wasn't using to hold it in place on our front door because its metal.

Well this is the end result:
It looks so cute on our front door and it was done for only two dollars and it makes me happy So I wanted to share with everyone over @House In Roses ,  Finding Fabulous  and Coastal Charm along with Be Colorful .

You can also find me @A Glimpse Inside,SongbirdUncommon Slice of suburbia , Newly Woodwards Dare To be Thankful Party and Just A Girl. Thanks for stopping by!

Love the wreath. I've use the dollar tree in many of my fall projects. Pillows, wreaths, so inexpensive so beautiful. Great job! Luv it if you post your project at my Sunday's Best. Sharing is a good thing!

Good morning Comeca!
I ordered my curtains from "Country Curtains" (one panel at a time) LOL
The pillows I just found someone on etsy and asked her to make some, she now sells them in her shop.
Thank you for asking!
